SmartScan 96 offers unparalleled speed and efficiency for decoding. One of the fastest rack readers on the market, 2 CCD cameras can decode a 96-place SBS footprint rack in less than six seconds. Its small footprint makes it ideal for integration onto the deck of liquid handling robots.
The SmartScan Solo provides fast and efficient scanning of individual tubes. With a compact design, (no taller than a soft drink can in height, and the diameter of a CD) it is the ideal companion for users wishing to optimise sample tracking. Suitable for use with all ABgene SmartScan tubes, it decodes a single tube in less than one second, providing quick and reliable identification and making it ideal for those new to sample tracking.
Both SmartScan models offer a variety of data export options, are compatible with Windows® 2000 and XP and enable data export to .xls and .csv file formats. Scan results can also be stored on portable media, such as digital camera memory cards. Both SmartScan models also feature TCP/IP command protocol, making them ideal for robotic integration.
