2DCYPHER™ Range

ABgene® now provide a complete solution for high throughput, individual sample identification and tracking.

Our 2DCYPHER™ system uses Data Matrix™ coding technology to individually code cluster tubes with a 14 x 14 array. This produces over 3.6 quadrillion (3.6 x 1015) unique codes, allowing us to offer a virtually unlimited supply of codes without duplication. In addition, a human-readable 10-digit alphanumeric code around the data matrix facilitates manual tube identification. The 2DCYPHER™ range comprises a choice of 0.65ml and 1.2ml tube formats, a variety of lockable racks, and sealing options including silicone plugs, caps and our patented MULTISIP™ septum plugs. A number of 2DCYPHER™ readers are also available, ranging from a single tube reader to a high throughput system capable of reading 96 racked tubes in less that 3 seconds.
