Rapid Cytoplasmic RNA Preparation

CytosALL Reagent is used to prepare cytoplasmic RNA from cells grown in adherent or suspension culture. It lyses the cytoplasmic membrane without significant nuclear disruption and subsequent release of genomic DNA.
