Description
The semi-skirt provides superior rigidity to our non-skirted plates and provides space for bar-coding. The patented segmented design of this plate allows it to be cut into 24 and 48 well sections.
Features
• 96-well PCR plate
• 0.3ml maximum well volume (when used with adhesive and heat seals)
• Cut-away corner
• Clear well bottom for sample visibility
• May be sealed using Thermo-Mats™, Adhesive Films and Foils, Heat Seals and Flat and Domed Cap Strips
• Compatible with all major thermal cyclers including the Perkin Elmer 9600 and 9700 cyclers
• Adapter plates for ABI PRISM® 3100 and 3700 sequencers available
• Also available in opaque black and white for fluorescent and luminescent based procedures
