 THERMO-FAST^® 384 PCR PLATE

Description
Designed for high-throughput PCR. This 384-well plate is compatible with the majority of 384 block PCR and sequencing instruments. The full skirt and rigid plate deck minimise distortion during PCR making it suitable for use with robotic systems.

A modified version (AB-1384) with an additional fully cut-off A24 corner is available for use with the ABI 3730 sequencer.

• 40µl maximum well volume, 25µl working volume
• Cut-away corners
• Fully skirted for compatibility with automated systems
• 8 holes in the skirt aid plate positioning and removal from the thermal cycler block
• Compatible with all leading 384 block thermal cyclers
• Also available in opaque black and white for fluorescent and luminescent based procedures
