Description
All ABgene® Microarray Master Mixes are based on a KCl buffer to prevent acidification of the DNA. The mixes are also free from detergents that can disrupt the surface tension of microarray spots.
Microarray master mixes are optimised for performing large volume PCR reactions. Due to the reduced concentration of Taq in the master mixes, users can significantly reduce costs while still reliably obtaining sufficient PCR product for subsequent arraying experiments.
