Description
This Thermo-Fast® 384 PCR plate is moulded from ultra low retention polypropylene that assists in preventing adhesion of samples to the side walls. Due to the increased well volume, post-PCR applications such as enzymatic digestions and ethanol precipitation can be carried out in the wells.

• 55µl maximum well volume, 40µl working volume
• Cut-away corner
• U-bottomed wells
• Ultra low retention polypropylene
• Post-PCR applications can be carried out in the wells
• Fully skirted for compatibility with automated systems
• 8 holes in the skirt aid plate positioning and removal from the thermal cycler block
• Compatible with all leading 384 block thermal cyclers
