Description
A one piece 384-well PCR plate moulded from a low-DNA-binding, crystal clear polymer. This extremely rigid polymer eliminates post-PCR shrinking and warping, making it the recommended plate for high throughput PCR applications and robotic plate handling.
Features
• 384-well PCR plate
• 40µl maximum well volume, 25µl working volume
• Cut-away corner
• Fully skirted for compatibility with automated systems
• 8 holes in the skirt aid plate positioning and removal from the thermal cycler block
• Compatible with all leading 384 block thermal cyclers
• Also available in opaque black and white for fluorescent and luminescent based procedures
N.B: Mineral oil should NOT be used with this plate; if sample overlay is necessary, please use Silicone Oil (available from ABgene®).
