 PRE-ALIQUOTED THERMO-START^® MASTER MIXES

Description
ABgene^® offers all PCR master mixes pre-aliquoted in thin-walled plastic consumables to ensure that optimal thermal cycling conditions are accurately achieved. Pre-Aliquoted PCR Master Mix not only saves the user time, but also gives more reproducible results. Hundreds of reactions can be prepared in minutes by simply adding template and primers. ABgene^® can also add custom primers on request.

Pre-Aliquoted PCR Master Mix is available in 25µl and 50µl final reaction volume formats and in a range of MgCl₂ concentrations.

Features
Follow the steps in the table downloadable (Manual) to produce the product code for your requirements.

 For example a TS-337-425/A corresponds to:
- 1.1x Thermo-Start® PCR Master Mix with 2.5mM MgCl2
- 96 x 0.2ml Domed Cap Thermo-Tubes
- 50µl final reaction volume of Mix in each well
