Description
ABgene's Protein Purification Plates are designed for quick and easy protein purification from SDS-PAGE gels. The 96-well plates feature two 0.25mm holes laser cut at the conical ends of each well. The wells remain liquid-tight during incubation of the gel matrix with buffer, during which time the protein diffuses from the gel into the buffer. Following a centrifugation step, the purified protein is eluted into a collection plate and is then ready for analysis.
